3. Take antenatal classes together
Antenatal education is so important for both mom and dad to be. It is a good time to really talk about what will be happening in labor, what you need from your partner and to discuss birthing options.
Most hospitals run antenatal classes, they are usually in the evening and can be quite expensive, but are a crucial investment, remember knowledge is power.
I really like the idea of doing antenatal classes at home, at your own pace at a time that suits you. Thankfully Hilary from Pulling Curls is a qualified and practicing labor and delivery nurse, and she has turned her normal evening classes in to a SUPER affordable online class for you.
